    Hi,

I’m very much a novice at this sort of stuff.

I’ve purchased PRO version and tried most of the solutions on other threads, but whatever I do, I cannot prevent the banner from covering my menu bar at the top.

    Thanks in advance

    Change .fusion-header-wrapper .fusion-header to just .fusion-header-wrapper.

Hi Ryan, I wonder if you can help. I had your simple banner Showing on my site for a couple Of months and have recently removed it. You have to assist me with some custom CSS when installing the banner.

Since removing the banner, my homepage slider does not fit the screen perfectly like it used to. I’m wondering if this could be caused by the banner, maybe the css codes that were entered?

Can you help? I have de-activated the plugin and cleared the cache, but it’s still the same.

    Thanks in advance,
    David

Hi @clelland1982 If you have de-activated the plugin then none of the CSS in the banner settings will show on your site. The issue is likely in another plugin that is currently active.

Thanks for your reply Ryan. I’m very much a novice. Plugin is definitely inactive and I cleared the cache, but not resolved Unfortunately.

The reason I thought it might be connected to your banner plugin is because the problem on the homepage matches the height of your banner approximately. Have a look at the link below and give me your thoughts please. Issue is at the bottom, the white band Under the main scrolling Banner should not be seen. The banner should fit the page perfectly.

Hi @clelland1982 I really wish i could help you further but the issue you’re seeing has nothing to do with the banner. If you disabled the banner then nothing will show from it. I would recommend disabling all of your plugins and adding them back one by one to diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
