Banner ad

I cannot, for the life of me, find where I put my Adify banner ad code for my site: http://qpdx.com/.

If you look at the source it is clearly there at the very beginning of the body:

But I have checked every index and header file I can think of and cannot find the source code to alter it.

I realize this is probably a silly question, I have just been struggling…Any help is appreciated
