# Banned from my own website

 * For weeks I’ve been banned via IP to my own website. There is no htaccess file
   and my host has whitelisted my IP.
 * I manually via cprenamed each plugin.
 * Host says server server isn’t banning me but WordPress must be doing it. But 
   I’ve renamed each plugin before they suggested it.
 * They’re lost as am I. Could you please tell us how to unlock the door without
   a key?

 * Suggest that you login to your website hosting management, get into the database
   management, download a copy of your database in a .sql file. Find your IP address
   in the database. The context will tell you a lot about who and what is blocking
   you.
