Bank tranfer details

    Hello, How can i add bank transfer information for my customer to the email template if he selected pay by bank transfer?

    Hey,
    I believe Woocommerce automatically does this. Have you tested?

    Yes i have tested it. I’m using an pre-defined template that “came out of the box”. I places an order with payment method (COD) and it was written in the email that i mus pay by COD. But when i placed and order with bank transfer method, there were 0 information about it in the email. No IBAN, no bank name, no company name for the transaction.

    ok, I must have been thinking about (COD) either way this would be controlled through the payment gateway part of Woocommerce, it’s not something you should have to add, I suggest contacting woocommerce support and asking if they have a snippet you can add to put the bank info in emails that need it.
