    Hi, i am facing problem when we create any order, then proceed to checkout with wise.

    after checkout, thank you page open with message your order is on hold but on that page it ususally display bank details for the payment.

    but for wise it don’t display bank details which we added in the backend.

    when i use woocommerce bank method it display detail on the thank you page.

    but not with wise gateway.

    kindly check the link I added in the topic, select any product and proceed to checkout in checkout select wise payment, and you will see.

    The gateway option is enabled, so kindly don’t ask me whether the option is enabled or not. defiantly if we can select wise payment method on the checkout page, it is enabled.

    Thanks for your report.

    Did a quick test in your site, but all seems working fine my end. See:

    The email received contains bank details too (USD and GBP).

    If you’re still having issues, would suggest to enable debugging and keeping an eye for something unusual coming up.

    The screenshot you shared it display USD account that is good but we have USD and GBP 2 account why its not display 2 account to you?

    and i tried many bookings from different devices but it not display USD and GBP any of the account at my end.

    can you help more because this is doubtful full, sometimes it will display and for some user it will not display. this is worrying situation

    and for email you received both accounts that is also strange because here i created almost 50+ orders no email tells bank details

    I found the problem. when i select country US on checkout page then it display US wise details and when i select any other country it not display wisepayment option.

    can you help how to enalbe this for all countries?

    Hi @ishahzebraza,

    Glad you’ve pinpointed the issue you’re experiencing.

    Please mind if you point your mouse over the question mark in the Scope (?) column, a bubble text pops up elaborating what needs to be done in that column. It says:

    Comma-separated list of WC 2-letter country or continent codes. Determines when an account becomes visible in the thank-you page and emails. An empty field means always visible, but only when no other more specific accounts (by country, continent, or currency) are already visible

    Specifically, If you want the US Wise account to show up for everyone, would need to clear that field empty.

    If the above isn’t working for you the way you want, consider specifically adding the continents’ 2-letter codes: NA, EU etc. Reference.

    thank you, now its working. i have removed the countries codes from scope, and i want to display bank details to all countries this is now working thank you for the support case is close
