Ban Users does not stay Checked | WordPress.org

I keep enabling BAN USERS and click save all changes and log out and then back in Ban users is not checked and I have Hackers trying to hack at the site. What might be the Problem with iThemes Security?

I think I sorted it out: if you have an ip entered incorrectly it unchecks the enable ban users setting. Fix the incorrect ip entry and it seems to work!
