When you move the files over, did you also move the database? If so, you also need to change the instances of http://www.floodgateone.com/shoelaceexpress/
to
http://www.shoelace-express.co.uk/ in the database.

Hi Christine, yes I forgot to mention the databases were changed accordingly. I am familiar with moving WordPress sites – this problem just stumped me. I also forgot to say that both the standard themes and one or two custom themes that I’ve tested DO work, so it seems to be a problem with the balloon theme itself.
Hi Tommy, I am also having a bit of trouble with this theme. Maybe you can help me, since the theme is quite new, help or support for it are almost non-existent. I am also trying to customise the theme a bit ( my website: writingcrafts.com ) but I don’t know how to make the pages (titled HOME in my homepage) move UP or closer to the title. The gap for me is too much and I would like to reduce it. I have tinkered with almost all the files via FTP but have had no success, I just move ALL the website up or down, but not just the Page section which is what I intend. You have any suggestions for this? Thank you very much in advance. Best!
Hi writingcrafts, I’ve just had a quick look using inspect element in google chrome and to reduce the gap I actually lowered the line height on ul id=”menu-portfolio” and it seemed to have an effect. I gave up on this theme a while ago and used something else but it would still be an interesting one to use if anyone has any other info.

Couldn’t tell you off hand I’m sorry. I’ve just had another look, try searching for the div id ‘navigation’. There is a 33px margin there which also reduces the gap when lowered.
