Bait and Switch Scam. Company cannot be trusted

I had high hopes for Backupsheep, but my experience has been marred by several concerning issues. First and foremost, the company is blatantly violating the terms of the deal I signed up for. Their decision to significantly reduce the limits of my storage, contrary to the promised “unlimited”, has left me feeling misled and frustrated.

This breach of trust has been compounded by their refusal to offer a refund or any form of compensation for their actions. It is disheartening to see a company disregard their commitments and customer satisfaction in this manner. This has led me to the conclusion that Backupsheep cannot be trusted as a reliable service provider.

I expected better from a company that initially appeared to offer a valuable service, but their actions have left me questioning their integrity and professionalism. In light of these issues, I would caution anyone considering Backupsheep to thoroughly research alternatives before committing to their services.
