    Fantastic plug-in – but they don’t tell you until after you have it installed that the only way you can use the social network icons is to sign the email of each individual user account in your install up for their mailing list to activate access to the icons. This is beyond slimey!

    I have over 90 user accounts on my WP install and NO WAY will I be requiring all of those contributors – some of whom aren’t even with the publication any longer – to sign up to be on a mailing list they aren’t interested in so that we can have a feature on our website for them. Other plug-ins offer the same functionality without the sneaky strong arm. UNINSTALL.

    Hey,

    Starbox will only ask you once for the email. If you enter the email to subscribe will not ask you again.

    Unfortunately I found the plugin asking each user for one email address. If you deactivate the plugin, it will ask again for email addresses. Unfortunately, I’ve had to use another plugin as a result. You might want to look into that. I’ll send another support ticket in the forum area as well.
