Badges previously added to products are now gone

    Dear support team,

    during a recent plugin udate something must have changed.

    In the past I added badges to quite a lot of products and now they don’t show up anymore.

    I had a look in the database and newly added badges do have an entry in postmeta:

    _yith_wcbm_badge_ids and then the ID of the badge, e.g. 7530

    If I look in the database about the old products where the badge is no longer shown I find the following in postmeta:

    _yith_wcbm_product_meta and then a serialized value of a:1:{s:8:”id_badge”;i:7530;}

    so the badge ID is also there for the older products but the plugin doesn’t recognize the setting in the postmeta.

    How can I fix that? Or is there an option to convert the postmeta entry?

    It’s a few hundred products so manually updating would need a lot of time.

    Hell there again,

    was the recent 2.0.1 supposed to fix this problem?

    Just asking because I updated the plugin but the problem still exists.

    Badges don’t show up

    Hi there,
    no, version 2.0.1 didn’t include the fix for your issue.
    I’m sorry for this but we have needed more time of expected to work on this.
    We’re going to release Today the version 2.0.2 that should solve your problem.
    Update plugin as soon as it will be available and let us know if the problem persists.
