Hello, I have assigned a badge to a list of products on which I have created a price rule valid only for registered users (using Dynamic Pricing With Discount Rules). The badge is also shown to unregistered users, when the price is not discounted, which is wrong. Any tips to show the percentage badge only to registered customers? Thank you

  • Sorry for the inconvenience, we have passed the same to our development team, we will get back to you with an update asap.

We have released updates for both Dynamic Pricing and Product Labels plugin, please update both plugins to the latest versions.

You can see an option to select the Pricing Rule on the Labels ‘Products Selection’ screen, just select the Pricing Rule from the list.

Hi, thanks for your reply. By updating both plugins that option is not displayed. Some advice?

Can you please check if the dynamic pricing version is 4.3.7 and please reinstall the product labels plugin (version 1.4.4) just incase if the update doesn’t show up on your admin panel

Hello, on WP plugins repository the product labels plugin version is still 1.4.3 and no new versions are available. Can you please fix? Many thanks

Sorry for the inconvenience, we just missed the version change on the readme file, please reinstall the current one (1.4.3)

We will release an update with the version change asap.

Hello, it says “last update 3 weeks ago” so it seems nothing changed and the option you show in the screenshot won’t appear.

Hope everything works fine on the latest version (1.4.6), we are closing this thread. If you have any further queries, please feel free to open a new thread.

Hello, I have updated to the latest version, but the option “ASSIGN BADGE TO DYNAMIC PRICING” is still not visible in the products selection tab.

@carlofischetti please make sure you are using the latest version of both ‘dynamic pricing’ (4.3.7) and ‘product labels’ (1.4.6) installed on your website, if not please update the same to the latest version.

Check the same by adding a new rule and publishing the same.

I added and published a new rule but nothing happens, I continue to not see the new option:

    Best regards

Can you please clear your browser cache and check the same (to ensure it is not getting loaded from the cache). Also please update / save the badge.

Tried everything, nothing changed. I have free versions of the plugins, is this relevant?

Please go through the shared video

We have the free versions of both dynamic pricing and product labels installed on the demo and on publishing the badge, the option for selecting the discount rule appears automatically on the Product Filters section (please make sure you have active pricing rules on dynamic pricing plugin)
