Badges do not apper on custom woocommerce category page

    Hi,

    I use the avada theme. I installed the YITH WooCommerce Badge Management
    but the badges do not appear on category page…i used essential grid to show the customize product list .
    However, badges appear on the single product page.

    Could you help me?

    Hi there,

    Probably this could be related to a custom template.
    Do you have the same problem using a default theme?

    Hi there,
    I just tested the plugin in my installation and it was showed correctly also in WooCommerce category pages.
    Please take a look to my screenshot.

    Hi

    Yeah its working in default category of woocommerce.
    i.e /product/category/example
    The problem is here https://www.japanspecialisten.dk/japan-paa-egen-haand/
    This page is design by essential grid plugin…here the different category of product is shown on one page using essential grid.
    On this page the badges are not working.

    Hi there,
    surely your products are not showed using standard WooCommerce loop template, it’s why you don’t see your badges.
    Unfortunately the plugin can’t work in this way.
    We’re here for any additional question.
