 * I have not had a change to use your plugin yet, but every damn day I get a notice
   to review your plugin. Here it is.

 * Seems like you have installed the plugin via TGM of theme or via demo import 
   plugin while importing demo of theme so that you are getting such notice. If 
   you are not using plugin then you can disable the plugin from plugins tab from
   WordPress dashboard.
