Badge Duplicates Twice

I’ve been building quizzes then testing them and still getting double badges for 100% on a quiz.

Here is what i did to the Badge 100% on a quiz….It was creating 2 badges before and then I trashed it and started a brand new 100% quiz badge and it still gives me two badges when I make 100% on a quiz.
