Support » Plugin: Invisible reCaptcha for WordPress » Badge CSS not working

    Hi, I’m trying to add some CSS to the “Badge Custom CSS” box, but it doesn’t seem to be working.

    I’ve set my badge position to inline, but whatever CSS I enter into that box, doesn’t have any effect on the badge itself, and furthermore I can’t even see the CSS on the page when I use the “Inspect” tool in Chrome, or when I view the source HTML.

    To be honest I’m not sure exactly which HTML tag should get the CSS either – should the CSS be inserted inline into the HTML tag itself? (If so, which tag exactly?) Or should the CSS be added directly into the <head> section, or should it be a external CSS file referenced in the <head> section?

    Hi Mihai,

    I’ve just sent it to you now, via your contact form. Thanks!

    Hi @mihche,
    I encountered the same problem. I solved it for now by setting my rules via the Themes Custom Css option, but this is not applied to the login page where everything is a little thight and I would need an some margin for the inline badge.. Can you help me with that?

    Hi,

    I have exactly the same issue as everyone else.

    When I enter:

    .grecaptcha-badge{display: none;}

    The whole badge disappear so the CSS works but when I enter:

    .grecaptcha-badge{box-shadow: none;}

    Nothing happens…

    Could you explain me what should be the syntax please?

    I’m also having this problem. When I want to change the colors, it doesn’t work. When I type display:none; it works. I have the plugin activated in a multisite install.

    Hi,
    Even if Google claims that you can style the badge, I’ve figured out that you cannot style everything over there because Google serves the badge in an iframe.
