Badge Assets dont show up in Media Library

    Hi There,

    When I download badge assets from the Assets menu of Badge OS on wordpress, it says that the assets have been downloaded and will appear in the Media Library.

    Unfortunately they haven’t shown up. Do you know why this is? Is there an external website I can download these assets from?

    Hi @paideialondon ,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    When downloaded, assets send a remote call to our server. The server then gets a zip file for the selected asset type, downloads it in the upload directory, and adds to media.

    We have double-checked on multiple environments and this mechanism is working correctly. The issue might be related to the website hosting/configurations. Could you please check that your hosting supports remote calls, allows write permission on uploads directory and unzip folder options?

    As of now, there is no external website or URL where you can download these assets.
