    This plug-in will easily get your account locked down if someone keep logging in maliciously. If this keeps happening, your account becomes useless.

    No, that is not how the plugin works at all. If someone is sitting at your computer, or is on the same local network as you and is using the same public IP address, and maliciously keeps trying to log in to your WordPress site, then yes, you will be locked out… but only for as long as you set the lockout period for. It doesn’t just arbitrarily lock out everyone from WordPress.
