Bad Thumbnail Quality

    Hello Guys,

    I’m using this plugin for my website, but the quality of the thumbnails is very poor.
    You can have a look at my page here: https://mmuetze-photography.de/schwarz-weiss/
    All Images are uploaded with a size of 1200px for the long side.
    Thumbnail Quality was set to 100% at settings.
    Cache of gallery was cleared several times.
    I also cleared the CSS Optimization Cache.
    Shortpixel plugin isn’t installed.

    Config of Gallery:
    Thumb Height: 250
    Row Height: 250
    Max Row Height: 100

    Are there any other settings I could try or did i setup something wrong?

    I had a look at your gallery, and it just looks low quality because there is no retina support at the moment. This has changed in v1.2.17 which will be released shortly.

    But do I need retina support for a normal pc display? Because if it’s like that, it sounds like there never was a good quality for thumbnails?

    After Update to 1.2.18 no image is shown as thumbnail 🙁
    I already tried to upload the pictures again, but it didn’t work.
