    Hi,

    I’m sorry to hear that you have a issue with our plugin, but I think we do not deserve such a low rating, this is a conflict with your WP theme, so to find the cause of this issue is necessary to check your theme files which requires a lot of time, unfortunately we can not help you with that, we have a small team and we do not have the resources to provide such support. If you paid your theme, it would be best to contact the theme author/support.

    Thank you so much and excuse me, I really like your plugin, I think it is very useful, but I still have problems with the theme I bought, they indicate that it is not a problem of solving issue and I would like to use your plugin.
