# Slow support, good plugin

 * After having finally received support and a working solution I change this review.
 * All in all it’s a very effective translation tool, with the option to change 
   the translations. Editing specific strings in various html elements can be a 
   bit finicky at times.
 * There are some issues here and there but all in all it works quite well.
 * The only downside of this plugin is, that the support is very slow to react, 
   so if you have urgent problems you will have to wait for a while to get a response.
