  • So, you guys sent me an email asking to rate you. Here ya go:

    – seems like you only respond to comments in the support section if you have an answer, and if you don’t have an answer then hmm you do nothing
    – you don’t take feedback serious it seems, do you expect everyone is running a page on english? you should seriously support multilingual sites cause that’s the way you will get more customers to subscribe your pro service plans, I’m watching the whole thing here now for a few weeks and I don’t see a reason to become a paying customer for your service if there is no support at all
    – start communicating with your plugin users and you will get more paying customers…

  • The AfterShip support team has been excellent for me. I have had several issues and they have always responded promptly and resolved the issues immediately! If every plugin author responded like AfterShip, WordPress / Woocommerce would be utopia!
