• The Eventticket Plus (99$!!!) Addon is supposed to enable an “Easy connection” to hubspot, for I need to gather my client’s information in mailing lists. My developer has unsuccesfully tried to make this happen, we have been in contact with support for 6 weeks now. Support was not able to help out (1 E-Mail a day is pretty slow). And in the end suggested to downgrade my PHP to 8.0 (from 8.2) which is ridiculous. It is not possible to escalate the problem to a higher member of staff or to contact support directly. Very, very unsatisfying. I will also post in plugin support forum (again).

Just to clarify, HubSpot isn’t directly built into our plugin, but you can use the HubSpot Extension, which works with both the free and Plus/Pro versions. However, if you’re looking to gather more detailed information through custom registration fields, you would need the Plus/Pro version of Event Tickets Plus for that functionality.

    The suggestion to downgrade PHP was made as a potential solution based on known compatibility, but I see how that might not feel like an ideal workaround. We value your input, and I’ll make sure your concerns about support speed and escalation options are noted for improvement.
