• I’me very disappointed about the NOT assistance and not presence to give help to their users.
    There are a loto fo several problems and bug and inusability situations that they have not solved and affronted.
    I’ll try other services that appear to be more usable asap

    We recently addressed a major issue with our plugin in version 1.16.12 and welcome all issues and feature requests to make the product better.

    Keep in mind that as OneSignal offers both free and paid plans, the fact we support all users usually within 24 hours is something most companies do not provide.

    We pride ourselves on our ability to support our free and paid clients as best as possible.

    We ask that you please email support@onesignal.com and provide the app id to your account, we would be happy to assist you and get these issues figured out.
