    We already had contact by email and I am very sorry for the late response. Do know that I am doing everything I can to give support, but sometimes it is just to busy to answer within a few days. I asked you to change your rating, because it seems a bit harsh to give someone, spending years of spare time developing a plugin that people can use for free, a 1 star rating.

    People should know that your answer was: “I expected a little more effort”.

    Do not expect much effort from an open source community when you are not willing to spend a fraction of your time changing a rating. The community will be better of without people like you.

    Hi Bas,

    As I told you before I asked you a question regarding a pre-sale and it was not a question on your free plugin. And that’s why I expected a little more effort.

    It’s also very rare that you command me to give you a higher rating.

    Anyways…

    I spoked this morning the current project manager which is using your plugin and also bought it from you.

    You give them excellent support and he asked me to strike the hand over my heart.

    After all. I will adapt the rating.

    Hi Jan,

    Someone should not give a plugin on wordpress.org a rating based on a premium version.

    I did not command anything, but only saying that I find it a bit harsh.

    Anyways…

    You made my day when you changed your mind and changed the rating. It means a lot to me. Therefore if you ever need my premium plugin (including license), I will be happy to send it to you. 🙂
