# Bad Resolution Image

 * Bad Resolution Image.
 * I use the free Plugin, but I believe it should have a good image.
 * I have some products that the main image is ok, and others are not.
 * I kept the same resolution in all the photos, but it still wasn’t enough.

 * Regarding your problem:
 * 1. Please, check that the templates of the plugin are not overwritten by your
   theme:
    product-image-magnifier.php
 * 2. Please, regenerate the thumbnails, because for some reason, it’s taken smaller
   images. Please, take a look [here](https://nimbus-screenshots.s3.amazonaws.com/s/4380caefd60212e4b24ecd6e9e278d26.png).
 * We see you have a Lazyload activated on your site.
    Please, we suggest you to
   deactivated it and see if the problem is solved.

 * But i make any pictures with extension png yith ps6, all have the same height
   and width
    and I still have some photos that do not load, I believe it is not
   those settings if none of the photos should work, right? Do you have an exact
   product size? a specific type of extension, a standard model for me to test?

 * No, we don’t have an exact product size or image size. It should work without
   any problem. Are you getting some errors when loading these photos?
