Bad plugin, bad practice in the first place

    This plugin isn’t working properly; I’m either getting “invalid result” or “timeout” errors on a site I’m visiting as guest and where I know they have this plugin installed. And besides, from a usability point of view classic user input CAPTCHAs are outdated and not best practice anymore ([Link redacted]). It would be better to employ a [Link redacted] where the human user doesn’t have to do anything and which doesn’t break when using it normally.

    It might happen if you’re using a caching plugin and did not disable caching for the page the captcha is used on.

    When it comes to usability – there is a lot of other spam solutions out there you’re free to use. If you find it effective and good in therms of usability – great.

    But this is Math Captcha, as the name suggests clearly, and it proposes a specific functionality, that you may like or not. It doesn’t promise anything different than it does.

    That’s why I don’t understand your review.

    Been using this plugin for years, never had one single error. Anyone can make a website not work

    The problem is because you’re probably using an outdated version of CF7. The plugin works as described.
