Bad malware & bad update, .. new website

    Dear support,

    After this …. virus that has contaminated all my websites, and for one of them, an update of ultimate member to the last version (for my main site 🙁 ) broke the list of members, it seems that I have to redo everything.
    I will try to redo a new website.
    But for the 110 members, can I export / import tables from my old website? If yes,
    – which tables?
    Users ?
    I dont see UM tables..
    And can you tell me in which folders are the member profile fotos ?

    Hi @fanny13,

    I suggest restoring a backup to the before malware state and then updating Ultimate member to the latest 2.0.25 version. Usually, your hosting provider has a backup that you can restore without any issues.

    Dear support
    it’s been 3 weeks since I fight against this malware because unfortunately the achive I had is also infected. All my hosting sites have been affected. I have to redo everything.
    My question is: from a new website, can I import UM tables and what are they?
