viewing the topic @ https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005239028-How-to-Customize-Content-Based-on-Language it seems that we might only display initial forms in an arbitrary language instead of the website’s sub-domain or sub-folder URL (…/en/). This should be a minimal setup to go forward. A No-Go for serious shop owners & marketers. Think to fix this.

The missing users-sync from WordPress & Woocommerce is also quite disappointing, but less dramatic. Finally some seem to state that it’s not super user friendly.

The team is maybe nice to talk to, but this won’t make the balance.

    Hi @tdechangy

Thanks bringing these issues to our attention, we are always looking for ways to improve our plugin!

In regards to Klaviyo’s multi-language support, this is a known area needing improvement. The Help Center article you linked refers to Klaviyo-hosted subscribe pages e.g. subscribe, preferences, unsubscribe. Currently, those forms/pages will only support a single language, however, they are unique to the list with which they are associated which means you can direct subscriptions from a certain language subdomain to a language-specific list. You will want to utilize a different signup form directed to the appropriate list for each language subdomain.

Klaviyo’s integration does not currently sync all users from WordPress to your Klaviyo account. However, if you utilize Woocommerce you can sync all customers to a list in your Klaviyo account by checking the integration setting (and selecting a list) under Integrations > Woocommerce. More information available in our Help Center on how to integrate.

Lastly, we’d gladly accept any UX feedback you might have. If it’s plugin-related you can submit that info here, in this thread. If it’s Klaviyo-related I’d request that you submit that through our Support Team which can be reached following the instructions detailed here.

    Best,
    Klaviyo
