    Hello,

I noticed that when you upload an image in a question (whether it is in the Description or the Quiz Question, the image quality is highly compressed, to the point it is difficult to see anything correctly.

having good quality pictures is important for me as thee quiz I am trying to create involves cartoons.

So do you have any tips or workarounds to get better pictures when embedding them in Quiz Maker ?

    Thank you

    Dear @taniaxh,

    Thank you for the topic.

I want to mention, that the Quiz Maker plugin doesn’t have a connection with the image quality.

We just take the URL of the image (chosen by the user) and insert it into the corresponding place (in your case into the particular question) without performing any changes.
If the quality of the image is bad from the very beginning, then, the problem occurs during the WP upload process.

As to our plugin, it has the options to configure/manage the width and height (Quizzes > particular quiz > Styles tab).

So, please provide us with the link, where the given quiz is located so that our Development Team can check this case out.
But, again, please note, that the plugin doesn’t have a connection with the image quality.

Also, if possible, please provide us with screenshots of what the image looks like and what it must actually look like (what it looks like now) for a better understanding.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Thank you.

Hi Jasmine, thank you for your answer. Indeed turns out it’s WordPress’ settings that set the image quality to “medium” by default, which renders poorly in the widget. Thank you and sorry for the bother.
