My forms stopped working, they stopped sending emails out of nowhere, and after a lot of checking, I saw the plugin message. I just installed it and everything worked again. It seems like a dishonest and coercive practice on Elementor’s part to force people to subscribe to that plugin. I was an Elementor fan, but after this, I’ll have to figure out how to change all my sites. I don’t agree with being forced to have something to send a simple email.

    Hello,

We understand how frustrating it can be when emails stop working, and we’d like to clarify that Site Mailer is not required to send emails through Elementor forms—you are free to use any email-sending method of your choice.

Email delivery issues are usually caused by hosting configurations, mail server settings, or other third-party factors. If your forms stopped working, it’s likely due to one of these rather than any intentional change on our part. We’d be happy to investigate what happened and provide guidance on alternative solutions.

Please reach out to feedback@support.elementor.com so we can take a closer look and assist you.

    Best,
