• Just recently whenever a client tries to checkout on my website http://www.rollaroaster.com; they can get all the way to the Pay With Paypal button in the checkout page… but then you get a ‘BAD GATEWAY’ message….. I have contacted paypal and they are saying site is not even reaching them… so it is not a problem on their end. I have reached out to woocommerce.. but it has been 3 days and no answer… I need to sell product!!! I am hoping maybe someone can help me on the wordpress end……Please help!

    The messsage that Paypal sent me is:

    I went to your site and went through the checkout flow, using a trace to see what is happening upon clicking to Pay. But the only thing that occurred was the POST action to your checkout page, and nothing further. It did not reach the PayPal servers at all.

    I looked at your integration settings based on the images you provided, and everything looked correct. I even verified against a working PayPal Standard integrated WooCommerce site, and there was nothing wrong.

    Thus, this leads me to believe the issue is likely either with the WooCommerce plugin itself, or with the Website theme. Unfortunately, because the site is not even connecting to PayPal, there isnt much more I can do for you. I recommend reaching out to either WooCommerce or Wordpreess for further assistance.
