    Hey, @unlimitedd!

Thanks for your feedback. The <h2> tags were inherited by an upstream change in the underlying cookie consent library that the plugin uses. This change was not intentional on our side. It was reported via our GitHub repository and has been addressed in version 1.8.1. The plugin no longer uses <h2> for modal titles.

You may also enable the “Hide from bots” option, under wp-admin → Cookie Consent → General. It automatically parses the user agent to detect bots/crawlers/webdrivers and hides the cookie consent banner from them.

We recommend updating to the latest version (1.8.1 or newer), which includes the fix for the <h2> issue. We hope this update addresses your concern!
