  • I was told the pro-version of the plugin would work with custom query blocks. It didn’t. They did some coding and not only did it still not work but it completely broke my site. I asked for a refund and the company refused until I reinstalled their plugin, broke my site again and made a movie of it all. Have now disputed the payment with Paypal.

    @aerta For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well. It is especially true for any refund conversations. This isn’t for this site this is not an appropriate place for you to discuss this.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
