Bad css and js links in 2.7

    I have installed 2.7 with no issues and the user front end looks fine but the adimn side has bad links in the source to the css and js files.
    For example

    ../../wordpress/wp-includes/http://www.wildlife-museum.org/hike/wordpress/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js?ver=1.2.6

    Why the ../../wordpress/wp-includes/? These links are making the admin page look like a mess.

    How can I correct this?
