• Hi, we’ve recently installed BackWPup on a number of our WordPress sites, it works great on all but one. The site is using the latest version of WordPress and BackWPup, and we have checked server settings and configurations numerous times but everything looks to be in order.

We have created a job to run, we then run the job – a notification pops up saying the job has started but thats as far as it goes. We get no progress bar like with the other sites we’ve installed it on, there are no logs, no backup files saved to the server, nothing.

The only major difference between this site and the others (that are working fine) is that we are using the Advanced Access Manager plugin. However this is up-to-date and the site’s admin is showing as BackWPup Admin.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what could be stopping the backups from running?

    Thanks 🙂

    Chris

  • Same problem using WordPress 3.8, BackWPup 3.1.1 and PHP 5.3.

I’m not using the Advanced Access Manager plugin, therefore the problem must have another cause.

Sorry, we currently haven’t any resources available to analyze cases like this one within the context of free support. You could try disabling other plugins, enable a default theme and see if the behavior persists.
