# BackWPup – plugin is not readable error

 * Our company has been using BackWPup to create backups for quite awhile. Until
   recently, I haven’t had any problems with it. When running our weekly backup 
   we now receive an error message stating certain plugins are not readable. Any
   and all help is greatly appreciated.

 * Hi,
 * BackWPup seems not to have the permission to read the mentioned directories. 
   Your admin should check the file permissions.
 * And probably you can exclude the directories generating the warnings from backup(
   Tab _Files_), depending on what they contain.
