I have been using BackWPup for months, backing up daily, and each zip file it creates (sending it to Dropbox) has been about 200MB. I have not posted, changed or added anything to my blog for months, so the zip files have been the same size. But suddenly in the last 10 backups, the zip file has gone from 200 to 300 to 400… now it’s 1GB. Again, I have changed nothing on my blog, save update a few plugins. Has anyone had this problem and can advise on how to fix it? I use 3 different backup plugins (call me paranoid) and the other 2 plugins are not bloating or changing file size like this one, but I like that it’s backing up to DropBox, so I’d like to fix it. Thanks.

You’re right- it was copying the backup files made by another WordPress plugin. Thanks so much for your help. Great plugin!
