 * I am wondering that Rickey no longer takes care of this Plugin. So I want to
   ask, what will be happen if I update to Version 5.x. Are my PWA 4.3.0 version
   is still working. I have some hundred users in the system using it as PWA App.
   I can’t change very fast.
 * Do the user have to remover the PWA form ther mobile desktop an install it again
   or is there a silent upgrade path to the new version.
 * Thanks for your help

 * Hi adobehills,
 * Thank you for using Hyper PWA, and I’m glad to hear you had a great experience
   with Rickey’s support. I’ll do my best to maintain that level of service and
   ensure you’re happy with the newly redesigned and re-architected version of the
   plugin.
 * Before version 5.0, Hyper PWA had only a limited set of features. To support
   many new capabilities and make the plugin easier to use and maintain, I had to
   redesign it from the ground up.
 * Regarding your concern, the new version is not backward compatible. However,
   after updating the plugin, you only need to configure the required settings again,
   such as the app icons and other essential options. Once configured, the updated
   manifest will be served to users who have already installed your PWA, and in
   most cases their app will update automatically. That said, due to browser and
   operating system limitations, some users may need to uninstall and reinstall
   the PWA to receive all the changes.
 * I sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. This was a necessary step to ensure
   the long-term future of Hyper PWA and to build a much stronger foundation for
   upcoming features. I truly appreciate your understanding and continued support.

 * Thanks for the honest feedback. I likely won’t update right now, as this is a
   critical application and I need to support a wide range of Android systems running
   Chrome. It’s probably a bit simpler with Apple and Safari.
 * I plan to install the new version on a staging system and test it against as
   many different configurations as possible.
 * Which push services are supported? I’m currently using OneSignal, is that supported?
 * As I said, I’ll probably need to do a lot of testing and will provide feedback.
   The initial approach certainly looks promising.

 * Sure! You should test it on your staging site before upgrading your live website.
 * It is fully compatible with OneSignal. You just need to enable the OneSignal
   compatibility option under the **Compatibility** tab.
 * Whenever you have some time, please give it a try and let me know how the testing
   goes.
 * Thank you so much!
