In Backups page I get this message:

"BackUpWordPress has detected a problem. wp-cron.php is returning a Operation timed out after 5000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received response which could mean cron jobs aren't getting fired properly. BackUpWordPress relies on wp-cron to run scheduled back ups. See the FAQ for more details".

I tried all possible solutions mentioned on BackupWordpress plugin page, but nothing worked, so far.

    Any other suggestion?

My website is not protected, Other scheduled jobs work fine, MAnual backup works, I use a different Hosting Provider than the one mentioned on the website.

    ** SOLVED **

I added the website to my 'hosts' file: http://www.website_domain_name.com

    How have you solved?

    Hi Polv89,

BackupWordpress tried to load the wp-cron.php with cURL, but it wasn't able to resolve the address from the domain name (ex. http://domain-name.com/wordpress-website/wp-cron.php). I just added my website to the hosts file, usually in /etc/ for Unix-like servers and somewhere else for Windows.
