• Hi,

I want only one backup file created on a weekly basis, for which I changed the following settings:

    1. General Settings–> “Merge all backup files into a single package when backup completes”
    2. Advanced Settings–> Compress files every “0 MB” (this splits files every 4 GB; my total backup is roughly 1 GB)

When the backup completes, I see 5 parts (5 files) every week, instead of one file.

Please advise on how to fix this.

    Hello,

If your site is hosted on a capable web server, consider enabling the option ‘Merge all backup files into a single package when a backup completes’ and set ‘Compress files every’ to 0 MB in WPvivid settings to create a unified zip package.

If the problem persists, would you kindly send the debug information to our support email at support(a)wpvivid.com please? We will analyze it thoroughly to identify the issue. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Hi, my website is hosted on Bluehost and as stated in my original message, I have already enabled the two options you mentioned.
Where can I obtain the debug information from?
    Thanks.
