# Backups fail

 * I have read some of the other posts here and tried the suggestions, like reduce
   the Number of Rows to Backup value to 1000 from 10000, bug still no luck. I have
   downloaded a backup log file.  * Thanks for reporting.
 * May we kindly ask you to try to increase the Max execution time and run a backup
   again?
 * Currently, it is too low and most probably it is the reason for the backup failure.
 * Please, give it a try and inform us about the results.
