Backups are skipping database exporting

    How you doing guys! i am having problems recently with the database backup part of the process… it was working well but today i did a backup and tried to restore it locally for some other work and it starts and finished with no problems but when i went to the front end it was as i have never imported it, all the files and plugins were there but no pages or any configuration of the plugins. i checked if i clicked on the no export database advance settings but no, it was cleared… i have tried everything with support of the hosting but they cant see any errors

    Make sure that you are using the latest version of the plugin. Clean any cache that a plugin or the hosting has.
