 * I have purchased an automatic backup package for my website [http://www.andrewstucken.com](http://www.andrewstucken.com)
   form my web host, but I believe that they are backing up my files and not my 
   database, or the other way round.
 * Is there anything that I need to do form my end to ensure that all the data for
   my website is backed up?

 * You should ask the author/vendor of the backup tool for support, they should 
   be able to answer all your questions about their product.

 * There are also several free plugins which will also help you backup files and
   your database. I like using BackWPup:
