 * Is it possible to have two wordpress websites, clones?
 * If one fails in any event, the other is up in a few minutes?

 * Some hosting providers already do this by having redundant database and file 
   servers I believe.
 * But if its a plugin that fails to work then redundancy can’t help. So depending
   on the definition of ‘in any event’ its possible.

 * How does one set that up? I have a Company that would like to have a Website 
   done, they will have it hosted.

 * You will need to look at the features of various cloud and VPN hosting providers.
   I do not have any leads or you right now. Maybe someone else can point you directly
   to someone.
