Hi Helen,
I am sorry for the inconvenience.
Do you have backups from other plugins within wp-content or wp-content/uploads?
The only backup I have is my entire site through Backup Buddy. I sent you the one I did with all-in-one WP migration.
Hi Helen,
Did you send to us at support at servmask.com?
What is your ticket number?

I uploaded, again, the backup file into my dropbox. I sent the new one to you last week, but have not heard back.
If you can’t access my backup via dropbox, is there an FTP place I can sent it through to you?
I’m having the same issue. 4 months ago, my backups size was 1.47 GB. I haven’t made too many updates (other than text) since then and now the file size is 14GB which makes things impossible to download.
I’ve had this problem with other sites I manage as well. The first time, it works like a charm (I have the Unlimited Extension), but the subsequent time, the files are always huge.
Update: realized what the issue was. I wasn’t deleting the backups.
Tip:
1. Run All-in-One
2. Save backup to computer (don’t save it in your WP folder)
3. Delete backup
4. Repeat.
I deleted all excess backups and it still triples my current backup.
Have you tried to optimize your database?
Pages and posts save a lot of backups so I try to keep the number of backups to a minimum using this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/rvg-optimize-database/
I used it on a few sites and it cleared things up a bit.
Another thing that I did was that I went to my file manager and looked to see if I had any other backups in my folders. Also check out any leftover files from plugins that you might’ve deleted.
I found 4 backup files from a previous backup plugin that I had uninstalled and deleted those.
I then FTPed it into the wp-contents/ai1wm-backups folder (I didn’t use the Import feature within WordPress).
The plugin ran beautifully (after several failed attempts and hangups) and the site was migrated within minutes.
Trust me…I was totally frustrated too and was ready to migrate the site manually, but thought I’d give it one last shot. *phew*
Good luck!
