# Backup Timeout

 * Whenever I try to do a backup I get the following message:
    “The backup timed
   out too many times and no progress was made on any attempt. Your server may be
   running extremely slow at this time – try scheduling the backup during a quieter
   period.” I have tried at all different times over the last few months with the
   same result. It’s the same for online, download and email options. The following
   info is also displayed.
 * Online Backup for WordPress Plugin Version 2.2.13
    PHP Version: 5.3.13 MySQL 
   Server Version: 5.1.56-log MySQL Client Version: 1.0 Mem: 256M; Post: 20M; Upload:
   20M; Timeout: 120 End of Information

 * I have now updated both WordPress and the Online Backup plugin and the backup
   completed successfully.
