Backup stuck at 97%

    I’m doing a complete backup of my site using supsystic plugin and it’s been stuck at 97% for hours. Here is a snippet of code from the end of the log file:

[2015-03-21 13:02:16] Temporary stack wp-content/upsupsystic/tmp/BUP550d6bd6814be6.60055826 successfully generated

    It’s been sitting at the last step (temporary stack) for hours. Any suggestions? I’ve backed up this site before using supsystic and had good success.

    Hello.
    Please tell me – do you see some PHP errors – on your PHP error log on your server, or from server responses – when you are trying to make backup? Also – where you are trying to backup? To FPT or to some cloud server?

    Hey there, I have the same issue. Mine is stuck at 86 and 87%. When it was first stuck at 86% I went back to dashboard and then again to the backup menu to see if it was a visual problem.
    I then saw that there was no backup in progress, so either it canceled or was still running in background? I started the backup again and after a while this time it got stuck at 87%.

    The first backup was via FTP. The second was onto google drive.

    To check what’s wrong, contact us through the ticket system and provide:
    * Server Settings (it’s on the Overview tab of the Backup plugin)
    * URL of your website
    * Backup log
