Backup for DB runs well, but files backup or complete backup stop at around 50%. In FTP I see that a zip file is created. I did not yet check if this is complete. To help narrow down where the issue is occurring, could you please try these two tests? 1. Create a **Files** backup that is saved **locally only** (disable the FTP destination) and let me know if it completes successfully. 2. Create another **Files** backup with the `uploads` folder temporarily excluded and check whether that backup completes. * These two tests will help determine whether the issue is related to the archive creation itself, a specific folder, or the FTP upload. * I will be away for the next couple of days, so my next reply will likely be on Monday.
