Backup schedule switched back to manual

    Hi Updrafters!

    I noticed today that my backups were set to manaul and hadn’t ran an automatic backup for over a month. While I’m 100% sure I didn’t do this, I can’t be sure one of my other admins didn’t.

    Could you please confirm if there is any chance/reason this could have happened automatically? We were having some memory issues a while ago so maybe the plugin couldn’t backup and switched itself to manual?

    Hi Charles,

    Apologies for the delay over the weekend.

    Do you see any error/warning message in the UpdraftPlus “Backup/Restore” tab?

    Can you also send us a copy of the backup log? This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab. The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.
