# Backup process does not stop

 * Hi,
 * I’d like to echo some of the mentioned problems. The process stops at approximately
   70%. However, I have the impression the zipfile is complete.
 * This is an extract of the log:

   create backup archive …

 * In case it helps:
 * the problem does not occur on a small website (less than 128 MB).
    On the server,
   the files with the extension zip.xxxxxx remain visible. They are all 128 MB. 
   I guess these are intermediate files.

 * Can you try to exclude some folder and test if it cames for a specific?

 * Good morning Daniel,
 * By excluding the folder “wp-content/uploads/delightful-downloads” the problem
   disappears. This folder contains pdf-files mainly (221 MB) and is the biggest
   folder of my website.

 * If have had some person bevor that has problems to backup PDF Files. But BackWPup
   macke no difernce in backup this file type than other. In moment i don’t know
   wher it cames from and you schuld backup that folder manualy.
